- License Agreement – This document contains a copy of the License Agreement for the Music Presence desktop application that you also received when you downloaded the software. You are bound by the terms in this License Agreement when you install or use the Music Presence desktop application.
- Scrobbling License Terms – This document outlines the terms and conditions for use of scrobbling features within the Music Presence desktop application. You are bound by these terms when you start a scrobbling free trial, when you purchase a scrobbling license or when you claim a scrobbling license with a gift code.
- Privacy Policy – In this document we outline what data is collected when you use the Music Presence app or any of our websites and other services that are relevant to Music Presence. It also contains information on how we handle your data, how your data is used and information on how to exercise your rights.
